I am a final-year M.S. student in Human–Computer Interaction at Rochester Institute of Technology and a Graduate Research Assistant. My research spans responsible AI, generative AI, and educational technology, with experience in mixed methods, qualitative inquiry, usability testing, and survey validation.
My graduate thesis develops CARE, a framework for culturally responsive AI-mediated assessment. The study included eight educator and administrator interviews across four countries and 31 student survey respondents; 28 completed the framework-evaluation questions. All research phases are complete, and I am writing the final thesis draft.
Before and alongside my graduate work, I worked on user experiences in public services, healthcare, and finance. That practice informs the questions I bring to research: how people understand a system, what gets in their way, and how its design can better reflect their needs.
I connect empirical HCI research with the design of explainable, responsible AI for diverse learners.
